Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming voyage:
Dates: December 5–12, 2026
Ship: Celebrity Constellation, 7-Night Southern Caribbean
Departure: Ship embarks at 6:00 PM (December 5) from San Juan, Puerto Rico
Return: Ship returns at 7:00 AM to San Juan on December 12
Destinations: St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Lucia, and Barbados
Sea Day: Includes a full sea day dedicated to laughing, learning, growth, and high-level networking
🚢 Important Booking Information (Please Read First)
In order to participate in workshops, dinners and extras YOU MUST book using our Group Number. If you do not, the ship’s policy is that you will not be seated with us for dinner and you will not be allowed in the workshops and meeting spaces.
On previous cruises, we were able to wiggle things around to include a few people who hadn’t booked with the group. This time we have a much smaller ship and they have already warned us that will NOT be possible.
To ensure you’re included in all group meals, and private events, please follow the steps below to confirm your cabin and spot on our group.
BOOK YOUR CABIN ROOM
Your cabin is booked directly with Celebrity Cruises by phone. The steps below walk you through the call — including the Group ID you must give the rep to be part of our dinners, workshops, and meeting spaces.
How To Book Your Cabin
- Call the Celebrity Group Line at 1-888-727-4907 (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM ET) and tell the representative you are booking as part of Group ID: 4124900, Group Name: CONVENTIONS.Growth Hacking. Our assigned Celebrity group rep is Cecilia “Ces” San Juan (Group Sales, Consumer Outreach) — you can ask for her by name.
- Giving them the Group ID 4124900 is what attaches your reservation to our group — it’s how the ship knows to seat you at our dinners and give you access to the workshops and meeting spaces.
- Pick your cabin. Cabins are subject to the ship’s live availability, and the rep can tell you exactly what’s open right now and walk you through your options.
Below are the starting rates per room, based on double occupancy:
🛄 Interior (Inside): Double Occupancy $2,122.88 | $1,061.44 per person
🛄 Ocean View: Double Occupancy $3,030.88 | $1,1515.44 per person
🛄 Veranda: Double Occupancy $3,436.88 | $1,718.44 per person
🛄 Concierge: Double Occupancy $3,768.88 | $1,884.44 per person
Rates move with the ship’s availability. Pricing is set and collected entirely by Celebrity Cruises and may change without notice.
- Reserve for your room on the cruise. The rep will take your deposit or full payment and confirm your booking on the spot. Final payment is due 24 hours after booking, we recommend paying in full when you call.
- If you are having any issues, call back (the number above) and try to get a different attendant. If the issue still persists, email our group leader Jane at [email protected] with your issue and phone number and we will get you sorted as soon as possible.
- Once you’re booked, complete step 2 below
Note: We do not make any money off of these cruises. The ship gets and keeps all money — every cabin payment goes directly to Celebrity Cruises. We organize this trip for one reason: a week of masterminding with people we like.
SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING INFORMATION
Once Celebrity confirms your booking, there's one last thing to do: send us your details. Fill out the short RSVP form with your name and your Reservation/Booking ID so our group leaders can verify you're attached to the group. This is what locks in your seat at our dinners and your access to the workshops and meeting spaces — it takes less than a minute.
